Blue Illusion offers complimentary standard shipping on Australian and New Zealand orders over $40. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however there may be small delays during promotional periods and over the weekends.

1. Time & Costs
After your order has been dispatched by our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on the delivery speed you choose, and where you’re located.
Australia
Approximately 5-7 Business days from dispatch.
Free standard shipping for orders over $40*.

New Zealand
Approximately 5-10 Business days from dispatch.

2. Tracking Your Order
Your tracking information will be emailed to you when we dispatch your parcel and you can track this by clicking on the provided link or by pasting it into the “track order” function on the website.

3. Lost or Damaged Goods
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe an item is faulty, is significantly different from the sample or description or has a defect or problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law (the applicable law depending on the country of purchase).
If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair.
If the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.
Where an item is damaged through your misuse or abnormal use. Blue Illusion will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Blue Illusion will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under either the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law (pending the country of purchase).
We accept returns for faulty or mis-described products, within a reasonable time from the date of purchase.  This may vary somewhat depending on the item.
